Martijn is the founder and CEO of Solar Plan, leading the company with a vision to accelerate the energy transition across island markets. With two decades of experience spanning finance, technology and energy, he combines a background in law and finance with a drive to build scalable clean energy businesses. Martijn held senior leadership roles as Finance Director at JMango360 (SaaS) and CFO of HalloStroom (energy), providing experience across both the technology and renewable energy sectors. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), is pursuing his doctoral degree in law and (energy) policy and is responsible for Solar Plan's growth strategy, people and culture, legal affairs and business development.

Mark serves as Chief Financial Officer at Solar Plan and brings extensive expertise in structured finance, capital markets and securitisation. He previously held senior leadership positions including Head of Securitization at global banking institutions such as ING and Société Générale, where he led teams specialised in complex financing solutions across a range of asset classes, including renewable energy and mortgage-backed portfolios. At Solar Plan, Mark leads the company's compliance, financial strategy, capital management and relationships with investors and lenders, helping build the financial infrastructure required to support the company's growth and expansion.

Dr. Darryl Hucklesby is Solar Plan's Chief Operations Officer and oversees operational excellence, supply chain management and delivery across the company's growing footprint. Darryl brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the British Army, global supply chains and operational transformation. He holds a PhD in supply chain and has held senior positions at organisations including Eaton, Equi-Trek, CPH2 and Phlux Technology, where he specialised in scaling complex operations across the energy, manufacturing and technology sectors. At Solar Plan, he is responsible for execution, delivery and consistent operations across all markets.

Sunil serves as Head of Development at Solar Plan and leads the company's tech and platform strategy. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering.

Sunil held senior leadership positions such as Engineering Director at AirFi and CTO at Zay.Works, both Dutch companies, where he led the development of large-scale platforms that have served over 9.5 million users. He also spearheaded the launch of the aviation industry's first inflight AI chatbot.

At Solar Plan, Sunil is responsible for the platform, AI and IT architecture, using technology to drive growth through a best-in-class customer experience.
