Solar Plan is looking for an Energy & Care Specialist, a people-first, reliable professional who helps ensure that every interaction with Solar Plan feels clear, respectful and supportive.

Job description

As Energy & Care Specialist, you are the first point of contact for people starting their journey to energy independence with Solar Plan. Your role is not to push, but to guide, inform and support, because the values speak for themselves.


You work closely with the Country Manager Aruba and our international service hubs to ensure smooth handovers and a consistent customer experience.


Key responsibilities:

• Engage with people who express interest in Solar Plan and support them in taking the next step.

• Explain the Solar Plan model clearly and confidently including savings, process and ownership options.

• Schedule on-site visits and ensure all relevant information is captured accurately in CRM.

• Support the Country Manager in preparing site visits, proposals, and smooth customer handovers.

• Prepare and send tailored proposals, and follow up to answer questions.

• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM.

• Ensure every interaction reflects Solar Plan’s values: honesty, ethics and trust.

What you bring

  • People-first attitude, you enjoy helping others and achieving shared goals.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented or inside sales role.

  • Strong communication and listening skills in Papiamento and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Organised, reliable and comfortable with following up and keeping things moving.

  • Familiarity with email and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Interest in energy is welcome but not required. Training will be provided.

  • Motivated by long-term impact on real people’s daily lives.

  • Gross monthly salary: AWG 3.250 - AWG 4.750, based on experience.
